Santa Scolastica Archaeological Museum, Bari
Some of the most important archaeological finds from the Puglia region, from the prehistoric era to the Middle Ages, are kept in the rooms of the Santa Scolastica Monumental Complex.
The enhancement of the former monastery began in 2014 with the path of lights and narration that leads to the discovery of the history of the Bastion.
Today it is possible to admire these finds thanks to a tour that winds its way through the rooms on the first floor of the Museum.
The intervention of DZ Engineering consisted in the enhancement of the interiors, the museum display cases and the courtyards of the monumental complex, creating specially-designed lighting fixtures, with high colour rendering index LED technology.
The company has also created two multimedia installations which enriched the educational contents of the Museum. The lighting and multimedia systems are controlled by the Digilux VM 3000 proprietary system.
