Dino Zoli’s entrepreneurial adventure began in 1972 in Forlì with the opening of Dino Zoli Textile, a reference point for furnishing fabrics worldwide. 2011 saw the acquisition of DZ Engineering, a company that designs and builds integrated lighting, telecommunications and audiovisual systems, both in Italy and abroad, offering solutions of the highest quality and significant technological content, the result of thirty years of experience gained throughout the world by the engineers and technicians who work there.

Enthusiasm and passion are the driving force behind the entire Group’s business, which over time has also expanded into other production areas, from construction to the production of fine oil and wine with the I Sabbioni company. DZ GROUP HOLDING was founded at the beginning of 2020, bringing together the companies owned by Dino, Monica and Marco Zoli, with the aim of organically concentrating the synergies already in place between the various organisations operating in extremely diversified sectors.
